Rain doesn't stop a Crystal Gloss detail. In Vancouver, if we only worked on dry days we'd be off half the year, so we're set up for wet weather every visit.
On a rainy day, your detail goes ahead in one of three ways:

Nothing, unless you want it to. Your appointment stays on and we show up on time with the tent in the van.
If you have covered parking, tell us when you book or text us that morning and we'll set up there instead. If you'd rather move to a dry day, just let us know — there's no fee for a weather reschedule.
We set up a canopy tent over your vehicle so the car and the work area stay dry while we detail. It goes up in minutes in a driveway or a parking stall.
Interior work happens under cover, so rain doesn't get into your cabin while the doors are open. The exterior wash and dry happen under the tent too, so the car isn't getting rained on while we're working on it.
Yes. If you have an underground parkade, a garage, a carport, or a covered stall, we'll do the job there instead of pitching the tent outside.
Our van carries its own water tank and extension cords, so all we need is the spot and a standard outlet. If you live in a condo tower, see how parkade detailing works — it's the same setup we use in the rain. If your car is parked at the office all day, we can detail it at work, rain or shine.
No, interior detailing goes ahead as normal. Vacuuming, steam cleaning, shampoo, and hot-water extraction all happen under the tent or inside a covered spot, and we dry the carpets and seats before handing the car back.

Yes. Your appointment goes ahead on rainy days — we set up a canopy tent right over your car in your driveway or parking stall, or move the job into your parkade, garage, or carport if you have one. Our van is self-contained, so the weather is our problem, not yours.
No. We show up on time with the tent in the van and detail as scheduled. Rescheduling only happens if you'd rather wait for a dry day yourself — that's your call, not ours.
No. Weather reschedules are always free. If you'd rather move the appointment to a drier day, just text or call us and we'll pick a new slot.
No. The canopy tent covers your car and the work area, so a driveway or open parking stall works fine. If you do have covered parking — parkade, garage, or carport — we'll happily use it and skip the tent setup.
