Fully self-contained mobile detailing that comes right to your parking stall in Vancouver condo and apartment buildings. Our own water. Our own equipment. You don't even need to be there.
Our vans are fully self-contained, carrying an onboard water supply, low-water cleaning equipment, and every tool we need. All we ask for is your parking stall, access to a standard power outlet, and the keys.
Thousands of Vancouver residents live in towers with no hose access, no driveway, and no realistic way to keep a car clean without hauling it across town to a coin-op wash. Downtown, Yaletown, Coal Harbour, Olympic Village, Brentwood, Metrotown — the higher the density, the fewer the options.
This page exists because parkade car detailing in Vancouver is exactly what we're set up for, and most people don't realize it's possible. If you live in a condo or apartment building, we come to you.
It works because we bring the water with us. Every van carries an onboard water tank and a rinse system, so no hose, no tap, and no plumbing tie-in are ever required. It's the whole reason condo parkade jobs are possible when a traditional car wash setup isn't.
The process is low-water by design. Interior detailing runs on steam and hot-water extraction. Exterior work uses controlled foam and rinse, not the flood of a driveway pressure wash. Wet materials stay in bins on our van, and any runoff we do produce is captured, not sent across the parkade floor.
“They came to my parkade. They were able to do everything without even a water connection. Took years of stains out. He even did my motorcycle right after the car without it being booked in. All the caked on bugs and brake dust gone! She looks brand new! :)”
Our van is a Ford Transit Connect at 6 feet 7 inches (roughly 2.02 metres) tall. Most Vancouver residential parkades are built for 6'6" to 7' of clearance, so we fit the majority of buildings across Downtown, Yaletown, Coal Harbour, Brentwood, Metrotown, and the rest of the tower stock in the region.
If your entrance is posted lower than that — some older buildings and certain commercial parkades run tighter — we park at street level or in visitor parking and walk our equipment down to your stall. We carry multiple extension cords that can chain together for extremely long reach, so distance from the outlet is rarely a problem. Send us your building name or a photo of the clearance sign at the entrance and we'll confirm before you book.
For most Vancouver buildings, no. Your parking stall is a limited common asset you're entitled to use, and a professional mobile detail is quieter, cleaner, and lower-impact than a mechanic visit or a delivery to your suite.
That said, some stratas do prefer a heads-up email — usually the same ones with formal rules about EV chargers or bike-room use. Give us your building manager's contact if you'd like us to speak with them directly; we've done that before and it's rarely more than a five-minute conversation. We work quietly, and can show up in low-key clothing if you'd prefer discretion.
Not much. Three things:
You don't need to be present. Leave the keys with your concierge, hide them in an agreed spot, or meet us for two minutes and go to work or run errands. We text you when we start and finish, and send a photo report when it's done.
“Great Service!!! The guys came down to my lower level parking had no trouble getting in and did an amazing job while I went to the gym and ran errands. They left a very clean environment and the car looks immaculate. I would highly recommend them.”
No. Leaving the stall spotless is a professional standard, not an afterthought — the buildings that let us work in their parkades want us back for their other residents. Our process uses very little water, contains what we do use, and wet materials go into bins on the van rather than pooling on the concrete.
We clear our own debris, wipe down the surrounding stall lines, and often leave the area cleaner than we found it. If your building has ever banned traditional car washing in the parkade (many have), we're specifically the kind of setup they still allow.
Metro Vancouver prohibits vehicle wash water from entering storm drains, which flow directly to the ocean and local creeks with no treatment. Traditional driveway and parkade washes routinely violate that rule; some buildings have received warnings. Our contained, low-water process avoids the issue entirely, which is why environmentally conscious stratas prefer it.
Almost the full Crystal Gloss Auto Detail menu. If it doesn't need a dust-free spray environment, we can do it in your stall.
One exception: ceramic coating needs a controlled, dust-free environment with steady temperature and lighting, so we usually handle those in a garage or an indoor space we arrange separately. Everything else works normally underground.
We serve every high-density condo neighbourhood in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Downtown, Yaletown, Coal Harbour, Olympic Village, and Fairview all have concentrated tower stock that we're in weekly.
Across the bridges, we're regularly in Brentwood, Metrotown, and Lougheed in Burnaby; the Quay area in New Westminster; the parkades along Lougheed Highway in Coquitlam; and the Suter Brook and Klahanie towers in Port Moody. If you're in a Metro Vancouver highrise, we come to you.
